Waltz of the Sick, by Orynn Murphy

Waltz of the Sick Was created in the period of a few days when I had Covid-19 during September of 2022. This waltz is full of runs, big leaps, and jarring rhythms as if the pianist was drunkenly playing the piece, dazed by their own sickness. This piece was created in the moment, exactly how I was feeling was how I wrote this piece, so have fun with it! This piece is written in a short rounded binary form, and is a great piece for those looking to start playing more difficult repertoire, but are perhaps short on time.
